Demea Sustainable Investment announces its first infrastructure investment in Spain through the Climate Infrastructure Fund
Madrid, 30/01/2026 – Demea Sustainable Investment (ex Demeter Investment Managers) announces the closing of its 11th transaction for the Climate Infrastructure Fund, marking the Fund’s first infrastructure investment in Spain.
The investment relates to three industrial-scale circular economy infrastructure assets located in Spain, currently under construction and commissioning. The plants rely on advanced pyrolysis technology to treat non-recyclable waste streams that would otherwise be sent to landfill, converting them into valuable secondary resources such as pyrolytic oil and char.
