Demeter sells three lines of the Demeter 4 INFRA portfolio to GreenYellow
The acquired assets include Eifficentre, a portfolio of energy efficiency projects in partnership with Eiffage, as well as the solar power plants Vanilla Solar and Lavanda Solar.
These three assets were 100% owned by Demeter 4 INFRA (except for Eifficentre at 81%), the first infrastructure fund launched by Demeter in 2015.
