Paris, February 27th, 2020 Les Nouveaux Affineurs, a sustainable and creative food pioneer with its plant-based products launched in 2018, just closed a fundraising of more than 2 million euros with Demeter (Agrinnovation Fund), Newfund and Beyond Investing. This first round will help the French start-up, specialized in plant-based alternatives to traditional French cheese, in
